Gorringe Park School is in Mitcham, one of the old villages that used to surround London but that now have been swallowed up by the growth of the city.

The name Gorringe Park comes from a old house and a park that surrounded it that once stood near to where the school is now.

It was used as a convalescent home during the first World War.

The school offers extended care and education facilities for families in our area.

Children start at Gorringe Park School at 3 years of age and leave when they are 11.

We have some of the best computer facilities in London, with interactive whiteboards in every classroom,
